Goal of the project. In the case of Gagauzia, the most important aspect in the formation of regional economy is development of the Free Economic Zone "Valkanesh" and sub-zones Comrat and Ceadir-Lunga. In particular, it includes the improvement of infrastructure and the creation of ready-made industrial facilities for potential investors. At the moment, there are 110 hectares of land in free economic zones in 3 cities of the autonomy.

Project concept: Construction of industrial facilities for office premises and production location on the territory of FEZ Constructions with a built-in infrastructure of 1000 m2 or more will contribute to the improvement of investment climate in the region. In particular, taking into account the current changes and incoming proposals for finished structures, this will become a profitable investment project for the owners of these premises, in conditions of increased demand.

Relevance of the project: At the moment, in the FEZ "Valkanesh" and the sub-zones Comrat and Ceadir-Lunga, work is being actively carried out, which includes documentary(detailed master plan of the territories, geological and topographic research, feasibility study and primary design documentation for bringing the infrastructure to the territory of the zone and sub-zones) as well as the construction works is already in process. The price for the construction of 1 m2 of an industrial structure (in a completed state) on the construction services market varies from 350 euros and more, the corresponding approximate cost of an industrial structure of 1000 m2 will be 350,000 euros. This investment will be able to pay off in a prudent period in cases of a lease with another investor. In a situation where investors are looking for industrial buildings for the purpose of buying, this investment will bring profit in a much shorter period.
