On March 20-21, 2023, the Agency for Investment and Export Promotion of ATU Gagauzia, together with colleagues from Invest Moldova and GIZ Moldova took part in the first ABSL European Forum 2023 "Business services - a Uniting Engine for Growth in Europe", which was held in Berlin, Germany.
The forum brought together many specialists and experts in IT and BPO sector from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and other European countries. The event was attended by representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Associations of IT companies of foreign countries, heads of such companies as Amazon, Accenture, Siemens, Philip Moris International, Rolls-Royce, Everest Group and others.
The main topic of discussion was the development of IT and BPO in Europe, the difficulties faced by companies, the development opportunities for this sector, growth prospects, as well as the training and retention of human resources.
