S.S. "MAYILCOM" S.R.L. offers a completely new product that has no analogs in the world, developed in cooperation with the Institute of Nutrition of the Republic of Moldova. The produced dehydrated quince retains all its useful and medicinal properties. Quince fruit contains biologically active substances, of which a large amount of malic, citric, and tartronic acids, has antioxidant, antiviral properties. Also present are iron, zinc, phosphorus, copper, calcium, pectins, vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B6, PP, and provitamin A.

Dehydrated soft quince has better consumer properties than fresh quince, which is rarely consumed raw due to its tart and astringent taste, consumers have to process it on their own, which is troublesome and time-consuming. The product ("Dehydrated soft quince", "Gutui dehydratase moi") received the necessary certificates of conformity and food safety.
