Within the framework of the VII-th International Investment Forum "Invest Gagauzia-2021", an emphasis was placed, in particular, on the industrialization of the region.
During section II. "Industrialization of the economy as the basis for sustainable development of ATU Gagauzia" was made by Serghei GOBJILA, "CEO of Luxali development" with the presentation of an investment project for ATU Gagauzia.
As a result, further steps were taken towards the implementation of the project. On November 5th, 2021 the company "Luxali development" successfully passed the competition for obtaining the status of a resident of the Free Economic Zone "Valkanes" Production Park", the investor expressed his readiness to start the construction of an industrial brownfield of 5000 sq.m. in the spring of 2022.
